KantCon 2015

Tomb of Horrors

A Special One-Time Twitch Event

Don't miss this weekend's once-in-a-lifetime Tomb of Horrors "Twitch-a-thon" fundraiser for KantCon 2015! The event will stream live via Twitch for 24 hours starting Saturday, June 6 at 11am. Watch as Gamer's Haven Podcast and KantCon members struggle through the brutal traps and devious secrets that make the tomb so memorable, in glorious D&D 5th Edition goodness.

Those watching the live stream will be able to interact with the players through chat, request things to happen to both players and characters, and even request their own characters to be played.

All proceeds will go to funding KantCon 2015, but they like to have fun even when raising money!

Do You Have What it Takes?

And there's still a chance you can get in as a player! Do you have what it takes to survive the Tomb of Horrors? Leave a message on the event's Facebook page or a private message for the event organizer, Jeremy Putnam.

For updates and the complete scoop, check out the details at their Facebook event page or on the KantCon website.

And please share this page with anyone who you think would be interested!

Gamers Haven Game LibrarySpread the word and tell your friends... The Gamer's Haven Game Library has started what they're calling the "Library at the Library." They're taking their massive game library to area libraries once or twice a month to spread the joy of gaming and spread the word about KantCon. The library Game Days all FREE! So bring the whole family and help grow the hobby.

Events are scheduled for May 23, June 7, June 20 (Free RPG Day), and in early July.

Its also an opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for KantCon, which is very far behind its funding goals this year (dangerously so). If you haven't pre-registered for this year's KantCon, head on over now and help make it a reality!

HarnWorldHarnCon is a small annual tabletop game convention for fans of the late N. Robin Crossby's HarnWorld fantasy setting. HarnCon has been held annually around the world since 2003, and this year on the weekend of July 24-26, 2015 HarnCon will be held in Kansas City at the beautiful Hollis Renewal Center. It's close to the airport, inexpensive, well outfitted with a full kitchen, and plenty of space for gaming. Previously the event has been hosted globally in Vancouver British Columbia, Kansas City, San Diego, Plymouth, Virginia, Austin, Toronto, Leeds England, and Wellington New Zealand. Attendance has ranged from as few as eight to as many as 40 at the 2009 event in Kansas City.
